Hi,
LAND ACQUISITION (A.P. AMENDMENT) ACT, 1953
U/s 30 of Land Acquisition Act of 1894
Government has awarded remuneration for the land acquisition to support Hyderabad metro rail.
However, there is this another party from nowhere.. filed an objection.
We bought this piece of land about 10 years ago and have been owning it since then.
And we do have all the legal documents.
1. What will be the list of documents, that the judge/court will need to give the remuneration/amount to us and not the 2nd party.
2. Are there any citations that I can look up to support my case.
3. Usually how long does it for the final decision. This case has been running since Jan-2015 and we are asked to submit a counter with documents.

I am anticipating that the 2nd party will produce the same documents when I submit my documents in the court.
Can I submit only part of the documents and then submit few more during the Argument.

You can submit any document which will support your written statement pleading your title to the property. The marking of the same as exhibits from your side will take place only during defence evidence stage.
Why do you want to jump into any conclusion so soon, the case has just began, you have to file your statement, the court frame the issue and after that the trial will began, it will take lot of time from now on, so you may have to wait patiently and watch the proceedings and developments.

What about your Encumberrance Certificate From Registrar Office.Obtain the Same for atleast 25 Years and it could Prove your Genuinity.Submit the Same along with details Like Property Taxes and EB Cards Etc.More Over Even the Govt Authorities would Identify the Actual Owner Easily.
