451 crpc application

dear sir
i am a accused in the case of 420 ipc.
i have filled a property release application.at the trial court. and the complant also filled property release application. and both the applications were dismissed by the trial court. and after that both approached the session court even there applications were dismissed.now after 2year the complant has filled a new property release application. is it correct .or abuse of law.because after chargesheet both the applications were dismissed by the trial court. now when i fill a 239 crpc application.now he file property release application again
