107 case has been registered on both the parties . First party using land for 30 yrs and is given by the ancestor of 2nd party in the presence of villager. and 2nd party claming that land to be their.2nd party demolished the boundary wall.so first party complained it to police station. After investigation 107 was registered on both the parties . So how to solve this problem.i m representative from first party.

30years enjoyment of land allows adverse possession right to the possessor of land .2nd claimant approach is not tenable.
