service agreement

I joined company on 30oct 2014,after having sat for six months company sends me to abroad for training recently company came with a policy of two year bond or two lakh rupees.however before sending abroad it took an undertaking on official pad that i will sign the bond after return. Please tell its validity

What was this training?

Was it indeed training from certified Instt. that added some qualification or some extra ordinary skills?

Did you work there for company and generate revenue? Do you have record?


Do you have copy of the undertaking?

Do you copies and record of actual expenses incurred on you?

Were you paid any salary/wages/stipend during training, provided social security e.g PF for self/ESIC for dependents in India/Gratuity or social security abroad etc ?


Was there any breach that was by employer that would render it unworthy?


Have you seen the soft copy of the Bond to be signed and does it contain anything other than 2Years of service or liquidated damages of Rs2 Lakhs?


You need to find defects, lapses, deficiencies at the end of employer and atleast escape by pro rated payment.............


Consult an able labor Law Consultant/service Matters Lawyer/Law firm with all docs on record and give inputs in person and understand the merits and remedies.

I and my friend carried the company laptop to a mall on the way out from office. In the mall my friend lost the laptop. There is an advisory by company to avoid taking laptop to such places. Can the company terminate my friend for breach of policy.please suggest and guide

Your questions are quite irrelevant, having no problem for the present. Better ask the company management whether they would prefer to terminate service of your friend or promote him on not following the company directives, etc. The experts here are not company representatives.
