Noc format from builder to form housing society.

Dear Expert,
I need to form the housing society and want the NOC fomrat to be obtained from the builder. In our Appartment we had a mobile tower which income is taken by the Builder, as he states that in our sale deed he had mentioned that the use of Terrace is done by the builder for Renting for Holdings, towers etc. and income comes will goes to him and no share of the flat owners are there in it.
So Please guide me and provide the format to take the proper NOC from the builder to form the Housing Society.

issue a legal notice to him how he s entitled for such income you reported on the premises since sold out to building society? this would help you know his position that only could provide you the rights you have,that would help you contest under relevant rule of law.

there is no need of any useless NOC PLS, THAT would provide no clue pls.

You should form the society and get it registered, get assistance from local lawyer.

1. Make a written complaint to the BMC dept., under the MRTP Act, and have the Mobile Tower removed.

2. File a Civil Suit, on the builder, for recovery of "ALL" the Rent on Mobile Tower (till date)
