what is the condition company deny you to pay pension ?nomally h.c can refuse the writ petition against pvt concern. you shuld goto lower court for civil suit

Pvt. Ltd. Co. is not State against which a writ of mandamus can be issued so it shall be better if you withdraw your writ by taking specific permission from there to file it before civil court.
