To become an Advocate (Lawyer) and to practice in the Courts of law, one has to first pass regular LL.B. (three year course or five year course).

For three year course the eligibility is a regular degree course (3 year course after 10+2) with 50% marks in degree.

The PG Diploma in IPR etc., will not entitle you to practice as an Advocate/Lawyer.
