Suppose First appeal by Insurance company in MACT compenstaion case was dismissed by high court. Then If Insurance filled application for restoration of appeal. Can anyone please explain what is that and under which section it can be filed? what could be consequances?
As Already insurance company mentioned his side and say in first appeal and it is dismissed? So what does specifically filed in general in Restoration appeal? Is it diffrent from what they said in First Appeal? Please Elaborate?

It is Insurance company's headache. Why are you so bothered to know abut the relevant laws.
It appears they have not applied for restoration as yet.

No they filed for restoration. So what can be conseuences and what is restoration means?

On what ground the appeal dismissed? Whether Insurance Company appeared before the Court in Appeal proceedings? You are not giving full facts. It is a procedural matter. Your advocate can take care of the things.

Without giving the details of reasons for dismissal and grounds for restoration, how do you expect the experts to give an opinion to your vague query? Also your query begins with

In this which is true, whether they have filed it or suppose they file, which one is true?, if the have filed it, the provisions for restoration can be found in the petition itself, then what made you to ask for section to file restoration?. If the have already filed it, how can any expert predict the verdict of the court?
