We are two sisters ,my father retired from BHEL,after his death in 2012,my younger sister against me because she was not married that time ,now she married and today we see that all father bank account she added his name and even in locker also she pressurise my mother(she is uneducated) and now she is against me, now how can i added my name in bank accounts of father and what is my rights in property

Description of problem is quite inadequate to attract any advice.
Question arises, in what way your mother bacame the operator of the bank account of your deceased father and how your younger sister could add her name through your mother without fulfilling the bank formalities in a dceased accounts claim?
Further, you have not given any detail about property, whether self earned by your father or ancestral property and if inherited from which generation he inherited?

MY FATHER WORKED IN BHEL AND IT IS MY FATHER EARN PROPERTY,
AND AFTER MY FATHER RETIREMENT WE OPEN A NEW ACCOUNT IN WHICH ALL HIS RETIREMENT MONEY DEPOSITED ,TODAY I KNOW IN THAT ACCOUNT SHE ADDED HER NAME AND ALSO ALL THE SAVING ACCOUNT SHE ADDED HER NAME ,WHICH IS EARNED BY MY FATHER

my question are how i added my name in my father bank account
my mother are in her influence ,is she have right to name my father property to my younger sister or property share after my mother expired

also my father wa handicapped for last 20 years and for last 10 years he was on bed due to suffering brain tumour ,i spend my 5 years for my father treatment in Ganga ram and every one near my house know all that

You have not drafted your query properly.
The name in bank a/c can not be added without consent of a/c owner..............and bank shall have to produce the various forms/mandate that were signed.
If mother was nominee then she could collect the proceeds on behalf of all other legal heir(s) as a trustee but has to distribute the collected amounts between all legal heir(s)........
Generically speaking: Looking into the mandate of the a/c you can claim your share from share of your father.
The amounts that you have spent on the treatment of your father are as a duty of child and all other family members may agree to share it amicably.

Sir i may not avoid your query
because of trust label my father sign each documents of both sister
Now today i know my younger sister added her name after getting Retirement money other wise she always said di "blood never chits blood"
and i trust with her till yesterday
Today i know she pressurise/Misleads mother not to enter father house and father all money u have no right
also she is working in TCS and getting salary 1.5 lac pm and working in Paris
Now please suggest what to do
Also mother is in her influence why ?
ya she do not know english and she is mentally weak from her youth every one knows but not medically certified

my father bank account jointed with my mother ,my sister add her name after death ,some of fdr my father named with his name and in nominee my name ,now my sister remove my father name and now that fdr are on either survivor basis my mother either and i am survivor (before dispute with younger sister)
Can i clam that FDR ,Because that were made by my father income
also father bank account joint with mother name ,can i have right to clam that also ??
