What to do to speed up my case no judge is appointed since a year

Hi,
2nd additional family court bangalore does not have a seperate judge since more than a year. My case was filed in 2009 and is pending for justice. Now I learned that they will appoint new judge by june 2015.
I and my parents feel quite stressful.
Kindly let me know if there is a way to get the speedy justice.What are the options I can have to get the speedy justice.
My case is a last stage and have been pending without any progress since last one and half year.

You have to wait till such time when a new judge is posted or alternative arrangement is made for posting the presiding officer.
