Can pgt(post graduate teacher) apply for the post of tgt (trained graduate teacher)

my self is lecturer Punjabi in Haryana Govt.I want to apply for the Post of TGT Punjabi in UT Chandigarh. Pay scale and Pay Grade of TGT Punjabi is higher than Lect. Punjabi.Sir Guide me can I apply for the Post of TGT punjabi through proper channel ?

You want to go in the reverse direction.I fear you will have to go through the direct recruitment process,if you are having the age criterion.Better consult school authorities.

Yes, expert Mr. Isaac Gabriel is right in his observation that the author has to go through the fresh process of recruitment if the age permits him.
