Can a notice of dishonour of cheque be sent by any other way than Register Post Acknowledgement Due (RPAD)?

Dear Vikram Patil,

1. The notice needs to be sent only through Register Post Acknowledgement Due (RPAD). Courier service delivery are not recognized as service of such notice.
