Citiation for the denying the visiting rights

hello sir,

one of my cousin DV case is pending in court, and the husband of her has file the visiting rights just to harass her so that she could give up the case.

he regularly threaten her over the phone and also sending regular obscene sms also.

now is there any previous cases where under these circumstances the court has reject the visiting rights to the father.

if cases reference is not possible then could you guide us how to get the case reference in such issues.

Dear Rajesh, U being a STUDENT, it seems ACADEMIC QUERY.

ABUSIVE SMS ITSELF IS DV.
can get court order to stop as well as punish hus.

Visiting Right is not subject matter of DV. , It is a separate case for custody, access of child, and to defend it, u hv to prove, hus visit is against the paramount interest of child growth & devp.
