Sec 309 and 85(1)

fake and cooked fir was created by police against me but when court examined the facts found contradiction and everything fake and passed order in my favour, matter is Aquital and now I am charge free from charged sections, but for what court wants again bail in this matter. when I will be able to file case against the police men for cooking fake case and my defamation, as I am a reputed business man of my city, I am B.Tech in Aeronautics and corporate Trainer also, I want clear cut solution to my queries, I can pay for that I think IPC sec from 193 to 200 and 500 can satisfy my issue
pls. guide me

No case lies against the police.
However show the judgment for more advice on this.

order is in Marathi language it is clearly mentioned in the order that all sureties and charges of sec 309 and 85(1) are discharged which were on me b'cos police was unable to prove as per sec charged

police adjust all witnesses by their own and created medical report also by paying to Doctor and they agreed in the court that they did all by the order of their senior and out of 9 witness only 3 were present before the court and rest given up when they found matter is going to be Aquital
