Registered trusts/societies - medicines supply to members without employing any qualified pharmacist

With reference to the captioned subject, I would like to know - whether a registered trust/society formed for the benefit of its members engage themselves in the following activities :
1) medicines supply to members.
2) If the answer to the above question is "Yes" then, is it obligatory/compulsory to employ any qualified pharmacist?

It is nothing but a Pharmacy supplying/ distributing/ selling the drugs on a prescription by a Doctor to the Consumer.

Naturally, all the statutory requirements, including the employing of qualified pharmacist, shall be complied.
