Free accomodation taxable to director ?

PRIVATE LTD CO is has passed the resolution to provide the accommodation to his directors by providing the rent free premises and rent bear and paid by the private company . can private co can do and claim deduction in return? can this facilities value whose exp beared by co, is taxable in the hands of the Director
