1. The head line of MOA (INC-13) should be as follows:-
THE COMPANIES ACT,2013
COMPANY LIMITED BY SHARES
MEMORANDUM OF ASSOCIATION

........PRIVATE LIMITED

2.The definition given in section 2(68) of the Companies Act,2013 should be repeated as clause 3 of the AOA.
