Reg. Defending false allegations

Sir,
I had a complaint reg.Illegal construction against builder, who also live in our building. He sold common spaces as garden to flat owners who are his relatives. I complained about this to corporation, filed case in consumer court. I made complaint to police reg. Threats but police not acted on it. So I sent letter to Dysp. , S.P. And Commissioner.
Now builder through his relatives filed complaint in Police against me for harassment. He made allegations like scratches on car, bad words, threatening etc. Police immediately called me and issued me notice under 149 .I fill this as pressuring tactics , please guide me how to defend . I fear that builder may make more such false allegations just to harass me by compelling me rounds of court/police station.

DO NOT UNDER-ESTIMATE MONEY/ POWER/ POLITICAL INFLUENCE OF BUILDERS. PREPARE YOURSELF FOR ALL FALSE ALLEGATIONS THAT LEAD U TO ARREST. / POLICE HARASSMENT.
