Rti before it about husband's income

Can a wife seek an information regarding her husbands IT returns from IT department and PF statement from PF department ? Is there any precedent on this ?

Though Parliament must pass act to compulsorily produce latest salary slip/ it return in case of mtn / dv/ to protect right and avoid starvation, Govt failed to enact such law..

and poor uneducated wife have no resources to prove husband salary, property, income,

why women organisation all over India don't shout??

caw are busy arresting husbands in 498A, and husband loose his job, and wife starve!!!wicked Organisations and Laws....
