Heirship certificate fees.

Respected Sir/s

Myself is Pratima Pillai from Vashi, Navi Mumbai. My Mom is in the process of obtaining Heirship Cerificate for a Property in Pune. We approached a well-known advocate in Vashi. He said Heirship Certifiicate would cost Rs 2 lakhs plus statutory and lawyer fees. I understand that Heirship certificate doesn't cost such a bomb. We are not able to afford such heavy expenditure. Please recommend /suggest a lawyer in Vashi and or Navi Mumbai who would take reasonable fees from us for the statutory and paper work.

Dear Sir,

Thank you for your reply. The 2 lakhs plus I have mentioned in my query was quoted by a very reputed lawyer in Vashi. I wrote to you only after consulting the same person. I guess I will have to do the searching myself.
