Hiding facts by advocates

(Querist) 14 March 2014 This query is : Resolved
Firstly , I wanted to give thanks to lawyersclubindia and all associate experts who are taking pain to give a neutral & effective answer to affected person. My some queries are on a civil matter.
There were five(5) members brothers & sisters in a family & divided into two Gr (Two “A”Gr + three “B”Gr). A Gr file a Civil suit jan 2007 against Gr B for title of land “L” on the ground adverse possession and my father was also made a party as he have a land nearby & was insisting to Gr B for family partition to purchase the land . They asked for relief for not to interfere our fmly matter by my father.
They compromised the suit before lok adalut and received decree in favor of Gr A. Here my father was declare ex party.
At the time of filing suit jan 2007 the land “L” was in the name of other eleven persons (one of them was my self recd the land from father on family settlement in Yr Jun 1985 and muted in Yr 1987)in revenue record.
None of us was made a party to above said suit. Gr A exhibited ADHIKAR ABHILAKH 1954-55 with comments not found as it has damaged and BUSTOBUND 1928-29 Grand Father name was written as mourshikrishak (KISAN) no other revenue paper were submitted about this land.
My queries to respected experts are
A) Gr A & B are illiterate but both side advocates well knowledgeable person who must have conform revenue record even though all eleven persons were not made party . Is it not did injustices to their profession by the advocate? Can we take any kind of action against them?

Should any litigant feel aggrieved, Bar Council of the State can be approached as per procedure for complaint against registered Advocates
