i want to buy dvds online through my atm-cum-debit card.as the video company has an understanding with my bank i think its safe.how secure and reliable is the transaction?

be careful, if you have trust they u can go for it.
I think it is not safe.
U go to the shop and purchase the video whatever u like, you will get a number of companies models. If you purchase it thru., online service problem may arise, if you purchased in your city in case of service and problem you can immediately meet the shopkeeper. It is elektronic so on line purchase is not advisable.

I also think it is not the safe mode of transaction. Better go to the shop and purchase whatever you like.

ON LINE PURCHASERS BEWARE::: ALWAYS TRY TO CHANGE YOUR PASSWORD FOR EVERY TRANSACTION,OTHER WISE THERE IS POSSIBILITY OF MISUSE BY HACKERS/SPY BOYS.

so far such transactions have gone ok with me.

even i paid for my Laptop online.

the i-pods being sent every month on LCI for the highest thanked members are in fact purchased online by Admin.

make sure you make transactions on some secured site....dont give your CV no. to anyone, even if it is being asked by the representative of the said website.

look at terms and conditions of the selling portal and pls also look for kind of measures adopted by the vendor to ensure saftey.
