Whether the transferor has already got the plot transferred after making full payment of consideration or not is to be considered for answering this. Further, whether the transfer already effected to Mr.Yeteendra has got any condition - if it is a conditional transfer, the position whether the transfer is allowed by the condition, is also to be considered. So, there are two clarifications whether the plot is already transferred to Mr.Y or not, if the transfer is over, whether it is conditional, if conditional, what are the conditions . . let us be given these details.
