right of a girl

if there is only two girls (no boy) of a parents then how can the property divided between them , is there is a right of a girl is vested in mothers income if mother cant give any assets to her and same as wt about fathers property. what is the legal standing of a girl is she is married.

Female heirs have same rights as that of male heirs. After the death of the father, in the absence of any will, the property of the father shall be equally divided among the 2 girls and their mother

Archana is right. girls are also coparcerns they are equal to male members of the family.

I agree with the opinion of the experts and further add that the will of the ancestral property, if made by either of the parents in favour of either of the girl, is liable to be set aside on the petition of the another girl so in conclusion we can say both have equal share in property either they are married or unmarried.

GIRLS ARE CO-PARCENERS THEY HAVE SAME SHARES AS BOYS GIRLS HAVE RIGHT OF THEIR MOTHERS INCOME AS WEL AS FATHERS INCOME OR PROPERTY.
