Can we go for a appeal to get stay in the order of attachment/seizure of the property after we get the final notice of attachment???

In one of the Co-operative matter the court receiver visited the house for attachment of the property along with it final notice of attachment but he took the sign on the notice of attachment form members of the society whrerin written on the notice that "your property is seized on so & so dated" but still we are giving you grant period of 1 month..
so my query is can we get the stay after members of the society get the final notice of attachment?
