(Querist) 09 July 2013 This query is : Resolved
I like to know is there any provision in law in which one may prey Hon’ble court to allow to have a communication/conversation with own spouse freely without any interference of anyone before filing Mutual Consent Divorce Petition ?

seniors, pl. guide.
Advocate Ramesh (Expert) 09 July 2013
Kindly tell me whether you will file conjugal right petition or mutual consent divorce petition. If you file mutual consent divorce petition,(i.e) If both you are mutually consent, then where is need to get permission of court to have a free conversation with your spouse. If you are forcibly file mutual consent, then you can intimate the court regarding the reason that you give mutual consent petition. and you can withdraw your mutual consent petition

There is no such law which you want to ask. The spouse cannot be legally forced to make communication or respond to the communication made by other spouse.

@ raj kumar makkad,
my prey is to let us hv communication freely w/o interference frm any one.
Dr. Jyothi Vishwanath (Expert) 13 July 2013
Have it outside the court.
Why you need permission of the court for this. You dont need anyone's permission for this.
