Regarding sra

Dear Sir

I had purchased a flat ten years ago, There was no society existing during Purchase of flat.Since I wanted to opt for the loan from HDFC they had communicated me to get NOC from the Builder.The Builder had given NOC stating that Property is under open sale and even the Register agreement there is no linkages of the property is of SRA. The Building is composite of 14 tenants under SRA and 14 flat and 6 shops under open Sale . Now after 10 years during society formation in Annexure II it includes name of the person from whom I had purchased the flat . Now the Proposed Society secretary say that your registrant is invalid as per the SRA Norms and you will not be included as Member .
I have been paying Society Maintenance and other dues for Last 10 years and they have been issued payment receipts for the payments made till Date. Request your guidance in handling the above issue .

The conduct of secretary is absolutely wrong and illegal. Make a representation to the registrar and get the desired relief failing which go to high court in a writ.
