Knowledge of chargesheet filed or not

The person is out on bail and chargesheet has not fallen yet.
How does one come to know that chargesheet has been filed and who gives summons to accused. Is it I/O or the court. If the address of accused has changed what should he do. Kindly advise. What are the steps after chargesheet is filed.

chargesheet copy will be supplied by the court. After filing the chargesheet charges will be framed. Summons will be issued by the court.

Dear Querist
it is duty of Court to issue summon to accused at the time of filing charge sheet, if the accused address has been changes then he should inform to court.

Does the court ask the I/O to deliver the summons at the accused's house? How does the court actually deliver the summons. Is a 6 month delay in chargesheet remaining to be filed helpful for the case?
