i have one quary, that if order given by circle inspecter has some mistake or error , then in that case for correction that order or error what we can do? whether we have to file appeal u.s 247 of land revenue code to s.d.o or we will go for Revision? give me your suggestions sir.

If there is some clerical mistake or error then it can be got corrected even before the same authority otherwise remedy of appeal is available against final order.

thanks sir , but one more question is... that mistake happend in the year 2007.and it is knowledge in the year may 2013. so talathi is saying i cant change now. i have no right to change this mistake. when this 7/12 extract made i was not the office. u take proper steps .but i have no right to change it now. so, my question is' whether we should do appeal or revision? which is best way? and where we can do it?

under which sec.we can preferred appeal ? if u suggest revision then also under which sec.??

It is not a order to go for revision or appeal, it is a clerical error by the Circle Officer, you can write a application to Tehsildar, who is superior to Circle Officer, you bring the so called error in his notice. He will issued order for correction if it is genuine mistake.

Sir, but this mistake was 5 years back.and we know it today.so we meet circle inspector for this he said i cant change this mistake now after 5/6 years late. Youvhave to bring order regarding this from higher authority.
So now you tell what to do in this case
