If you have any interest in the Suit proerty put forth all your claims on the proerty against the plaintiff and mention that the plaintiff is not in possession and , if you are in possession plead & prove that you are in possession and you are the owner /-and plaintiff is not the owner and not in possessor - the pleadings in the WS defers from case to case - on the basis of the facts of each case .

It is true, with out details W S can not be drafted - as suggested by Mr Rajeev S Vadrali !riven

firstly it is 'permanent injuntion' and not like as u spelled.

there are no set performas in law, every case has it own merits so mention the facts here so that some help can be given to u.riven

I fear whether the person asking question is a lawyer of he is joking? Is this a question to be put forth before experts?
