Legal heir certificate

my father died intestate last year. we (my mother my elder sister and myself) applied and received the legal heir certificate. my father had an account in england which has approx. 30,000 pounds but he failed to give a nominee. will the legal heir certificate be enough to get the account transferred to my mother's name?

Yes. This certificate is duly recognized in whole world but if there is any other requirement of the banker then prepare documents accordingly.
