A Pvt. Ltd Company and Two Directors created two business group internally by a mou. Now one Director is ready to keep transparent everything and very much eager to run accordingly company's Law, but the other is continuously deviating from it and putting the Company in a troublesome future by not keeping accounts uptodate, not maintaining balance sheet, keeping everything confedential and not at all co-operating to other, WHAT LEGAL ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THE DIRECTORriven

Instead of cancelling MOU and thus facing loss of business, better you go in depth of each and every term qua the liabilities/duties of directors and in the situation of violation, any remedial or removal clause. If this exists there, you can follow that otherwise general law is also in your aid wherein honesty towards business is an utmost part of any business undertaking.riven
