We are the members of the society had taken a in our first A G M in the year 2010 that we will not allowed bachelors to stay as from 2004 to till 2010 we have suffer a lot with their drinks, any time in and out, cigarette smoking, loitering in the passage, speaking on mobile in the night sitting on staircase, staying more than capacity in one flat , using space as commercial way any one can come and go.
If all members are agreed in the meeting and by election not one time more than 3 o 4 times then it was not the other members duty is to accept or go for challenge, As we know if any decision passed with majority then every one in the society had to abide by the same.
Can that members sub let his flat to bachelors without obtaining N O C from the society and got the police clearance only

Bye-laws shall have to be read but even then if any resolution is passed by society in such matters, every member is bound to follow otherwise restrictions can be imposed upon him as per provisions of bye-law.
