Request for rules for noc from psu to isro.

Dear Sir,
I am presently working for PSU and have applied for ISRO.An application for permission to take exam and NOC has been forwaded from Head Of Department to HR dept.But now HR department is telling that 'Except for UPSC' they are not able to find rules/clause for granting permission for take exam or NOC.Even I searched website but didn,t find anything. Please give me suitable soln. for this problem. I will be thankful to you.

ISRO is Govt organisation, and if you applied for a higher post examination, in such circumstances, HR department has to give permission. If they have not prescribed any rules/clause. then you fight for your prospectus and carrear with tooth and nails. Approach higher authority of PSU to get permission.

You get the copy from your HR wherein the rule of only UPSC examination is given. This can only solve your problem.
