i have one flat in kalyan ,those flat on my mother name and my mother want to make will becouse of after death mothers flat tranfer on my name (son)
today we are making a ragister will but after 6year that building going on redevlepment my ?? is that time make new will or before we are any provision in will? and possiblity redevopment agreemant time my mother is no more
pls advs ... sir

Your mother may change modify the will later or she may include such clause in present will.

a will can be revoked any time . it is not necessary to register a will . what can be done is let your mother submit nomination form to society in your favour . in addition mother can make a will in your favour .
