Eviction of tenant

i am a businessman and own a business.i have a shop which is rented from last 15 years .i want to evict the tenants.i also have other vacant and rented shops on my name .i want to evict them to due to my son wants to open a business .is it possible to evict tenants.

You can send a Legal Notice to the tenant calling him to quit and vacate your room for your own use,if he would not comply then file a Suit for Eviction in Civil Court on reasonable requirement ground.Process will be govern as per respective State Premises Tenancy Act,and it is lengthy process of laws.

Request the tenent to vacate stating your necessity. If he failed to vacate within a reasonable period start the process with lawyer notice through an advocate who is practicing rent control and tenancy matters.
