Injunction filed by tenant - what to do next by owner?

(Querist) 23 September 2012 This query is : Resolved
I have a flat rented to the tenant for the past 3 years. The Lease agreement is for 11 months and it is renewed periodically. The last lease agreement ends on 30-Nov-2012. I sent a letter to the tenant on 25-jul-2012 to vacate the premises by 30-Nov-2012. Suddenly he filed a suit in the court and obtained a injunction to vacate the premises by process of law. I am shocked to see this.
1. What to do next when this type of astonishing things are done?
2. What is injunction? What period of effect will this injunction remain?
3. What will be the duration of the process if vacated by process of law?
4.how to revoke this injunction?
5 people are saying me that if we enter into civil cases it will take a long time and law will take its own course.
6.he was asked to vacate because he was not in proper terms with us(delaying the rent, number given to us was always swithched off,no proper reply for his delay, often reacting in a sentimental way)
7.the person was an intelligent one who can handle law without any hesitation (where to stop us by law)
8.he has the personal intention to use my premesises saying the owner will not come and stay here (residing in other city)this reason is also one quoted by him in his suit
9.it is the wish of the owner to keep the house locked or rented.
kindly help us about the legal ways.
Note: Property is in Trichy, Tamilnadu.

contact a local alwyer . was suit proceedings served upon you ? you have to move court for setting aside order of injunction . enlcose copy of regd agreement wherein it is mentioned that leave and license agreement expires by nov 2012 . the notice sent by you mentions that agrement wont be renewd and licensee was direcxted to vacate the premises by due date .

it is necessary to go through the suit proceedings and order passed by court to advise further . contact a local lawyer
