Can anyone tell me if the NOIDA authority for any reasons cancel the commercial allotment then which authority should I approach? and under which provision.
should I have to approach the High Court or is there any authority to be approached?

read terms and condions of allotment . what is basis for cancellation of allotment? it must be providing for disputes resilution . whether any arbitration clause in contract

my question was under the U.P.Industrial Area Development Act,then how come the question of arbitration comes, when the order of the NOIDA authority becomes final ?
Cancellation was because of non payment of installments in time.
