Sir,
my case is i have to send a notice as per sec 138 of N I act on behalf of the Hospital medical trust to the person who is a relative of the patient who was admitted in the said hospital for treatment. the said relative of the patient had issued a cheque towards payment of the Hospital bill but the said cheque got dishonoured hence i have to send a notice to the person/relative who had issued said cheque and also has to file complaint if he fails to make payment within 15 days. pls help me to draft the notice and complaint of the same. pls send me the draft if you have any as hospital is complainant in the same

1) send notice by regd post AD
2)mention details of patient . when admitted , when discharged .
3) bill given . accepted genuine ness of bill
4) issued cheque in settlement of bill
5) cheque dishonoured hence offence committed
5) give 15 daus time to make payment

but hospital are registered under scocities registration act so who shld represent hospital and can we send a notice to the relative of patient who issued cheque in discharge of duty of patient towards hospital bill
