A person with the help of police stop our construction work. We filed complain to SP. SP ordered the DSP to take action against.
Plz suggest, we should go in court or
we should wait for the police to file FIR.
What is the steps include in FIR?

let the police take their own action

in the mean time u continue with your work.

if the FIR is not registered (in case of any cognizable offence) then after some reasonable time u may approach the court by way of a complaint.

continue your work and let police investigate your complaint . if further hindrances are made in your construction and police dont take action then you move court

File an application before the Court u/s156(3) of C.P.C. praying to the Court for Directing the Police to act as per the complaint filed by you. This will force the Police to act.
