Transfer/registration of name

Hi Sir,

Two Years back my father expired and the property is on my father's name. We know that by default the rights will be with my Mother on the property. Now we want to change the name to my mother on the Property documents. My question is what will be th cost of changing to my mothers name on the property documents.

you better to approach the local lawyer and find the cost .

Your mother and you all brother and sisters are legal heirs of your father and have equal share in property.you all brother and siseters have to relinquish your shares of property in favour of your mother so she may become absolute owner of property.
