Change of house regisration

I'm Julius Quadros from Goa. My grandfather and my grandmother died some years before leaving behind our house registered on his name. He had 2 sons and 2 daughters. His daughters are married and has got their own houses. Among the brothers, one has his own house in Goa who died 2years back and his family is settled in USA and the other is my dad who along with my mom and me live in this grandfather's house. One of the uncle (grandfather's son-in-law) also died some years back. All have their own houses, except we, who live in the house whose house and tax is registered on the name of my grandfather. What should we do to transfer it on to my father's name?

you have not mentiond whether your grand father died levaing a will or whether he ddied intestae .
your father should obtain succession certificate from Goab bench of bombay high court if your grand father died intestate .
your aunts ie your father sisters can relinquish their right in respect of said house . similarly your uncle legal heirs will have to relinquish their right to enable property to be transferred in your dad name

i think your land laws covered under Portuguese laws.. not by indian law. am i right?

It would go as per Goan Civil Code, which deals with succession, marriage and all.
