Rape case

one st women was raped by one person in lodge.evidence of lodge record(i.e bill and adress of rapist and phone calls of rapist to victim on same day) is enough to prove rape case.she was lodged a compliant to superintendent of police.pls give me suggestion.this incident occured on 25/1/12.coplaint on 10/5/12.

her medical examination is important . if her medical examination revelas that she has been raped and her statement against rapists would strengthen the case aginst rapists

if any woman lodged a complain against a man that he raped her is enough to register a case. Since it is a non bailable offence police will arrest the accused and investigate.

Its almost 6 months since the incident took place and the complaint was given after 4 months later.But the medical examinations now will be futile.But the presence of the accused at the place of offence and the hotel records will be helpfull.Why was she there at the place of offence at that time?Approach the SC & ST Commission with the copy of the police complaint.Was he accused arrested after the complaint?

A serious doubt is created on the event for which complaint is registered after such a long gap.
