Purchasing a land

Planning to purchase a land. The property owner is ready to sell the land. But his grandson is minor. Grandfather is showing a court document ( have to deposit 20 Lakhs on his minor grandsons name) so that he and his daughter will be signing for us to sell the property.. So pls kindly reply us
A) is it safe to purchase that property?
B) Do we have to follow some legal procedure to be safe in future?

Additional details
This property is grandfathers self acquired property.

how can we give reply without goint through the court document mentioned by you . contact a local lawyer . let him go through the court documents , the title deeds . dont buy property without engaging a lawyer
