We r 2 brothers n 3 sisters n our mom n dad did der best for sis..offered dem a very nice equally shred property n dey are happy..now the prob is b/w me n my bro ..my bro is 38 yrs n me 23 ..n we have 3 prop 2 be shred amg 2 of us..my bro tells me n mom 2 give him the road side prop which is only 1 and the rest 2 are not on road .. and asking me to take 1 n 1/2 frm the other 2.which is not on roadside..the reason he kept is he has not been provided wid good education as i am a b.tech graduate n he is jus a 10th pass...i donno wat to do..wat i want is all 3 equally shred.

Who's the current owner of the property ? If it's mom she can deal with it as she likes. If it was dad - the property has already been vested in all legal heirs (even sisters) at the point of his death.
*please don't use SMS lingo.

you are highly qualifed B Tech . you can work hard and do well in life . your brother is only a matriculate doesnt have your brains .
as a brother be generous . give your elder brother what he wants as your brother realises that with his edcuational level he wont be able to achieve much in life .
