Commercial use in residential society

Dear all,
I am residing in residential coop housing society in pune.Our society is recently registered. in the society, land-owner owns 5 nos of flats out of 4 nos are rented out.2 nos for builder offices,1 no for mobile tower erction company & 1 computer office.is it legal in the residential society? what is the govt authority authorizes it?muncipal corporation cares only for taxes
at commmercial rate.can we put a clause under byelaw to prevent such activities? They have not taken NOC from society

no in residential society commerical offices are not allowed . in such a case society can complain to muncipal corporation . as no NOc was given by society . cross check assessment to property tax of saifd falts from society records

Dear sirs,
Thanks for prompt reply.Further to my query I wanted to know if such NOC is applied for,is it mandatory to society to issue the same or society can deny it under basic bye-law frame or society has to amend the bye-law to deny it?

society can refuse to give NOC . it is residential society not for commerical purposes
