Parking space rule

Dear sir,

Our's is tenanted society at andheri (w) mumbai - 400058 which will be under redevelopment.

New builder is not providing parking space (stilt)to the exisitng tenants, is there any government notification issued that builder has to provide parking space (stilt)which is compulsory free of cost.

Please provide me copy of notification.

It is not free of cost, if it is covered and ear marked. But common open parking space has to be free. You can go through the DCR for Mumbai

I agree with Shri Palnitkar

There will be Common Parkign Place in all the Apartment Buildigns

you can go thrught the Local Building Rules & Consult the Municipal Authoriites for clarification

I do agree with other experts Mr.Palnitkar and Mr. Rao.

In line of the same, As you are saying about the existing tenanct and redevelopment, I would like to say that you have to reach appropriate Municipal Authority and explain your situation and problems, he will guide you well and will clarify your issues.
