Is it advisable to buy penthouse (topfloor) in bangalore ?

Hi Sir/Madam,

I have seen one Apartement and I liked it. and it is in my Budget. But this is a penthouse (topfloor) and it is A-khatha property.

And builder told, No Plan approval and you will have to pay the penality when Govt anounces for AKRAM & SAKRAMA.

Is it advisable to buy this kind of property..?

no avoid . never buy a property where title is not clear . you will come to grief later . dont go by low rates for such property

The vendor has forewarned that the construction is illegal, despite which you want to go ahead then in such case you will have to bear the consequences also. Further you will also not get any financial assistance from banks for such flat.
