SIR, I AM WORKING AS STATION MASTER IN INDIAN RAILWAY.AT PRESENT MY BASIC PAY IS RS 15000 WITH GRADE PAY 4200.I HAVE GOT TWO ANNUAL INCREMENT IN GRADE PAY 4200. RECENTLY I HAVE BEEN FINALLY SELECTED AS ASSISTANT GRADE IN DIRECTORATE OF ENFORCEMENT UNDER FINANCE MINISTRY IN GRADE PAY 4200.I WILL GIVE TECHNICAL RESIGNATION.I WANT TO KNOW WHAT WILL BE MY BASIC PAY.MY BASIC PAY WILL BE PROTECTED OR NOT.PLEASE GIVE ME RULING OF PAY PROTECTION BY WHICH I WILL GET PAY PROTECTION IN NEW DEPARTMENT.

No need of ruling. Once joining as Asstt in Central Govt you will be sent for eleboate training (may not be immediately) at IST&M wherein you will read FR&SR and will be well enlightened.

Teaching of the syllabus of your induction training as Assistant, itself, would make you learn what should be your pay and what you got on fixation.
