Getting any registered property records

Respected Experts,

I want to know regarding registered property.

If I have a registered property (e.g. residential plot) which is in names of A, B. Can anyone from public get registered documents copy or names of persons in this registered property from registration (registrar) office (Tehsil).

Is it necessary to provide some verification documents to get a registered document copy of anybody (not my relative/friend/family member). Or Will it only be given to Original Owners of that property.

How to get details of other's property registration.

Is it illegal to know?

Normally now a days registration being done with photos so the owner of the person is a right choice to collect if not the by attested letter by owner to authority to collect it

Property registration documents are public documents, anyone can obtain the copy of same.

Except a Will certified copies can be obtained by all and any member of public.
It is original that is to be given to buyer oe donee having receipt or to one duly authorized by him.
